Imperial Point
Imperial Point is a Fort Lauderdale neighborhood built back in the early 1960’s. This area has its own voluntary homeowners association and is located in North Fort Lauderdale bordering NE 56th Street on the South McNab Road to the North and from US1 on the East to NE 18th Ave to the West. Imperial Point is also home to the Prestigious Pine Crest School, a private preparatory school founded in 1934.

Wilton Manors
Commonly referred to as the Island City, Wilton Manors was officially incorporated in 1947. The city, an official Certified Wildlife Community Habitat, is comprised of approximately 13,000 residents in 1.96 square miles. Wilton Manors is internationally known as a destination for the LGBTQ+ community.
Corals of Oakland Park
The Corals of Oakland Park community is located between Oakland Park Blvd to Commercial Blvd to the North and from Dixie Hwy East to US1. The community includes North Corals, Central Corals, South Corals, Coral Heights, Coral Woods and Oakland Park Second neighborhoods. Comprised of mostly single family homes, the Corals is very well located near the city’s municipal building and its Main Street which features multiple shops, restaurants, salons and more. Oakland Park has been known to give a great value for your real estate home budget.
Coral Ridge
Coral Ridge is one of Fort Lauderdale’s oldest neighborhoods dating back to the founding of its own association in 1949. Located North of Sunrise Blvd to Oakland Park Blvd and from the Intracoastal on the East to Middle River on the West. Homes in this neighborhood include both dry lot and waterfront locations offering access to the ocean so is great for the local thriving boating community. Coral Ridge is also home to the ‘A’ Rated Bayview Elementary Public School.
Poinsettia Heights
The Poinsettia Heights neighborhood, originally dating back to as early as 1949, includes around 1000 homes originally built in the mid-century style. This area has been known for its tree-lined streets and its close proximity to multiple Parks including Holiday Park and Colohatchee Park. Poinsettia Heights is located from NE 13th Street on the South to the Middle River on the North side and from NE 15th Ave on the West to US1 on the East. Nowadays, you now see additional real estate investment being put into the area including the sporadic brand new built single family homes.
Victoria Park

Located just East of Downtown Fort Lauderdale, residences here have boat access to the Stranahan River, New River, Intracoastal Waterway and to the Atlantic Ocean.
