Passionate, hard-working and patient, Steve is an award-winning agent specializing in residential real estate sales in Southeast Florida. He uses his extensive local market and neighborhood knowledge as well as the latest technologies and advertising trends available to successfully guide his clients through the home buying or selling process.

Steve’s Real Estate marketing strategy has included professionally produced property videos , social media posts, stories and social media ad buys. SHe has also advertised some of his listings in multiple print media publications include Las Olas Lifestyle, Victoria Park Times and more.  

Having personally sold more than 550 homes throughout his career, Steve’s experience allows him to properly understand home and neighborhood values and gives him the foresight necessary to handle possible pitfalls before they impact a sale or purchase.

While completing his Business and Marketing Degree at Central Michigan University, Steve realized his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for networking and marketing. He loved warm weather so relocated to South Florida in 2001 and earned his Real Estate License in 2006.

Throughout his Real Estate Career, Steve has earned numerous top Real Estate Sales Awards year after year, including being in his previous firm’s Top 10 Sales Associates Nationwide. Steve currently serves as a Director of the Florida Association of Realtors, a Northern Broward Regional Board of Director, Vice Chair of the Professional Development Committee and is a member of the Professional Standards and Government Affairs committees.
